The Irish Memorial Park

The Irish Memorial Park is located in Philadelphia. 21xdesign is proud to have been responsible for all the environmental graphics and a commemorative book for the park. 21xdesign collaborated with Pauline Hurley-Kurtz, The Irish Memorial Inc., and the many other incredible people to create the Memorial park.

Along the pathways that cut through the park, eight information stations of black polished granite recount the history of Ireland's "Great Hunger". At each entrance to the park, two large standing stones greet visitors. The stones incorporate the park's identity as well as the ancient form of early Irish writing called Ogham.
